INTERACTION DESIGNER
HiQ | March 2017 - September 2017
Taking a mobile app design from start to finish, my role first involved researching and running design workshops with clients to identify the users of the product and working with them to define the app’s features.
Once defined, I used an iterative process to first map out the screens and interactions with flowcharts, before creating wireframes to handover to an artist to create production art, and building prototypes to demonstrate and refine functionality.
UX DESIGNER (PRAKTIK)
The Farm AB | Aug 2016 - Feb 2017
During my 6 month Praktik I positioned myself between the developers and clients to improve their productivity and the quality of apps they were creating.
This included testing apps already in development and providing design solutions when needed, improving documentation delivered by clients, and making artwork easier to implement with style guides, prototypes, and using Zeplin to ensure developers could recreate designs accurately.
SENIOR GAMEPLAY DESIGNER
Ghost Games (An EA Company) | May 2012 - May 2014
Designer as part of a team on Need for Speed Rivals, documenting ideas using Confluence before implementing them using EA’s Frostbite editor.
Responsibilities included designing the game’s vehicle weapons, the multiplayer flow connecting to EA’s Origin Servers, working with the Audio Director to create the VO script, and copywriting all-game text during beta.
LEAD DESIGNER
Simbin Development Team AB | 2008 - 2012
Working closely with the Creative Director to create the Game Design, updating it whenever changes were made, and solving every day problems with the development team.
Collaborated with a concept artist to design the game’s front end interface, then oversaw it’s implementation by the team.
SENIOR DESIGNER
In-Fusio | 2004 - 2007
Working with internal and external teams around the world to design Java mobile games based upon original and licensed Intellectual Properties.
At In-fusio I focused on capturing the most important elements of each IP, while ensuring games were innovative and fun despite the constraints of mobile phones at the time.
GAME DESIGNER / PRODUCER
Atomic Planet Entertainment | 2000 - 2004
Designer and Producer of conversion of games between different console platforms, managing the team on a day-to-day basis and making design changes when required.
I also designed two innovative turn-based combat games on WAP handsets when mobile gaming was in its infancy.

Acclaim Studios Teesside | 1998 - 2000
Gameplay implementer in the PC Version of ShadowMan, before supervising the cutdown of level geometry and subsequent gameplay rebalancing for the console versions.
